Billiard-room Theater Installation

This client asked for his large unfinished basement to be transformed into his ultimate getaway. This area was a raw structure, so there was a lot of planning and hard work involved in the project. The ceiling needed reinforcement to handle the projector. Plumbing, central vacuum, and electrical lines were moved to provide more width to the room. The cabinets were custom made off site and ended up being the only delay we encountered. Efficient project management made this job come together extremely well.

The room is centered on a large screen projection system, THX sound and automated lighting. The screen rolls away to display a large tapestry. Ease of operation was accomplished with a color touch screen control system. Source components include DVD, HDTV, DBS, VHS, and a PVR. The décor is complemented by custom woodwork throughout, including numerous engravings, and is based on a wine motif. This room is the clientís favorite place in the house for entertaining guests and watching movies with the kids.
