Jukebox Theater Installation

The seed for this project was planted in February 1998 when a routine service was being performed on the alarm system we previously installed in the house. Our client stated that she wanted to buy a "big screen". One discussion led to another, and thanks to our service technician being on top of his game, we installed a lot more than the "big screen" the customer was in the market for. The project was very detail oriented and took some 20 months to complete.

The room is centered on a large screen projection system, THX sound and automated lighting. Ease of operation was accomplished with a color touch screen control system. Source components include DVD, HDTV, DBS, VHS, and a PVR. The dÈcor is complemented by custom woodwork throughout, including numerous marble inlays. The viewing area walls are covered with acoustical panels. This room is the client's favorite place in the house for entertaining guests, playing games, and watching their favorite sporting events and movies.
